A-STRUT

Pre Galvanized

Material Steel strip is quoted with zinc by hot dip process prior to roll forming or press operations. Zinc coding weight is G 90 conforming to a AST A653.

Hot Dip Galvanized

Material is coded with zinc after being roll formed, or after all manufacturing operations are completed conforming to a ASTM specification snumber A123 or A153

Stainless Steel (304&316)

Material is in accordance with ASTM A240

Green Powder Coating

Channel is carefully cleaned and phosphating. Immediately after phosphating a uniform code of highly effective rust inhibiting acrylic enamel paint is applied by electro deposition and thoroughly baked.

Yellow Zinc Dicromate

A .5 MIL electro galvanize is applied with the cohesive mold molecular bond to the base metal steel in compliance with a STM633 standard yellow dichromate is applied over the sink and results in gold appearance with access of nonporous barrier sealant
